Q Do you charge for surveys?

A No they free of charge and no obligation.

Q Do you do alterations to existing system?

A Yes but it must conform to current British Standards.

Q Do you do Periodic Inspections?

A Yes we recommend that you have your installation tested every five to ten years to make sure it all works and have no hidden problems.

Q Do you do call-outs?

A Yes there is a charge for the callout including the first half hour, all additional hours are charged accordingly.

Q Do you do same day response?

A Yes we aim to respond to calls on the same day.

Q What other service do you provide?

A We provide Potable Appliance Testing (PAT) and all other Testing and inspecting.

Q What range of work do you do?

A We install form a single sockets, change lamps for lights (not Bulbs they go in the ground) to a complete distribution system for a warehouse.

Q What areas of the contrary do you cover?

A We try to keep within fifty miles of our main office in Biggleswade.

Q Do you work weekends?

A Yes there is an extra charge for this service.

Q Do your engineers carry ID cards?

A Yes all our engineers wear uniform with the company logo and have photo ID cards.
